Discovering the excellence of Gragnano, the home of pasta
Gragnano is an enchanting place that holds artistic and historical treasures, as well as being the home of pasta, a source of true Italian pride in the world. Here, nature and history blend harmoniously, as do the past and the present, in an exciting journey to discover the gateway to the Monti Lattari and the secrets of the white art.
The Gragnano Tasting tour
A journey through time that includes the famous Valley of the Mills, a restored old mill and learning its secrets from our local guide.
Inside the mill there will be a rich tasting of another Gragnano excellence: Gragnano DOC wine, paired with local cured meats and cheeses.
The tour ends with a visit to a pasta factory where you will be able to observe how pasta is made today and enjoy a delicious pasta-based menu.
For those who want to try their hand at preparing pasta under the careful guidance of our chef, the GRAGNANO TASTING DELUXE package is available, which includes a 2-hour cooking class.
And for those seeking excellence and exclusivity, the GRAGNANO TASTING GOURMET package is also available: a reserved cooking class in a restaurant recently awarded a Michelin Star. Followed by a tasting of what has been cooked.
